Charming motel! Check-in was quick and easy, and came with a free glass of wine. The room smelled a little musky but not bad. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location; walkable to downtown Mt, Vernon. Will definitely consider staying again when we are back in Ohio.

When we booked we were just looking for a little room for the night- but the property was a gem in the center of Mount Vernon. The staff was so helpful when we arrived and the breakfast was perfection (we didn’t know it came with breakfast! What a treat). We feel so lucky to have found the Mount Vernon Inn for our brief visit to Kenyon College.
