This hotel is better then most Super 8's of today. It was clean and convenient, great food nearby, and worth spending a few nights at a decent price. The kiosk check-in was fine, you are talking to a person who helps you who you can see on a screen, and your converstion is displayed as well. The staff was friendly, the breakfast good.

Way better than most Super 8s!
I've stayed here often for an overnight whenever I'm passing through. It's economical but they ask for suggestions and then they act on them to keep making the place better. Comfy bed, quiet, good coffee, friendly staff, plenty of plugs for devices!

We always leave before 6 am breakfast, so can't take advantage of that perk. The kiosk for checking in was very loud and difficult for the man using it to understand. Luckily, the lady at the desk helped me and she was very quick and efficient!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Mattress was way too soft. Walls were thin and you could hear toilets flush all night. Hated the kiosk check in…everyone else did too. Cold and unfriendly even if the person on the screen is sincere.

Check-in with the kiosk was confusing & the machine wouldn’t scan my ID, but the desk clerk was able to assist me with checking in. The hotel was quiet & convenient to restaurants & local shopping . It was well-supplied with towels & complimentary bath supplies as well as a coffeemaker & coffee, fridge & microwave. I will definitely stay again!

I realize weather is not in your control. However, minimizing the hazard is expected. 4-6 inches ofSnow that accumulated during the day had not been touched upon our arrival at approx 9 pm. Lot was not plowed walk ways not shoveled or salted. Getting to and from parking lot to building was treacherous.
