Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Hotel has started a virtual check-in program which is a little strange (there was still someone at the front desk and then she used the kiosk where Someone is on video to check people in). It slowed the check-in process down a bit, and if the front desk person hadn’t been there I wouldn’t have known hours for breakfast nor the best way to get to my room.

First of all the room is totally clean and nice and I have no complaints about it. The reason why I gave 3 starts is because our is room is the last room ALLLLLL THE WAYYYYYY down the hall by the back door at the first floor ( which it's not a problem neither) The problem IS: Some people constantly using the back door in and out, in and out, in and out. The door was loud shut and open. Shut and open, shut and open at MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT FOR OVER AN HOUR!!! Can't fell asleep! Terrible experience! If you want to book with that hotel I recommend you should request a middle of the hall way or maybe 2nd flood?
