Huge room! Very comfortable everything looked brand new in the room, great beds, and bathroom. Nice outdoor space for gathering with picnic tables, this place is great for families, or groups traveling together. Beautiful location with a short walk to a great Cafe. The management team was very quick to respond and correct a booking error made either by us or something with the Expedia site (we thought we booked the family room, but the room full of bunk beds was reserved). We reached out to them upon arrival with the issue. We were very fortunate that they had an extra room to put our family in. The room was clean, had strong A/C, and a perfect layout for us. It only about a 3-5 minute drive to downtown for food and shopping. Overall, we were extremely impressed by the customer service and quality of our stay; we'll be sure to stay here again the next time we are passing through Mount Shasta.

We’ve stayed here previously because of how convenient the check in is. We use it as a halfway point for our roadtrips. This time though, we received a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests (bed was unmade, dirty towels on the floor, etc) Luckily, they have staff service 24 hours and they were able to quickly give us another room.
