The sheets were dirty. Like someone slept in one of the beds. The hair dryer was broken. Floors needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Had a mold smell in the room. Noisy air conditioning system. Was not a nice room.

On the surface it looked like recent renovations had been made, which looked very nice. The room was clean and the beds were relatively comfortable. Look deeper though and we found so many more repairs need to be made. Our toilet handle was very loose, and the water ran off and on all day. In the breakfast area the juice machine was broken. A section of countertop had nothing on it except a power strip, leaving me to believe more equipment was broken and removed before we arrived. One morning during breakfast I overheard another guest checking out who mentioned to the desk clerk that their shower needed repairs. Honestly if it hadn't been for these necessary repairs I'd have given them one more star on my rating, but the condition of the hotel was disappointing.

Great customer service during check in/checkout. They made sure breakfast was stocked at all time and that areas were clean. Walls are thin so can hear noise but Perfect one night stay for great price. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Everything was clean and the staff was nice. Someone in another room or outside was smoking and it came in our a/c unit so I had to shut that off but other than that we experienced no problems. Would stay here again.

We arrived late night, no body at check in desk, have to call and wait several minutes to get a people. Check in very slow. And the most weird thing is they knock your door at 12:35 and 5:08. Other guests have same problems as well.
