Modern Luxury in the Mt Pleasant's Historic Old Village

This historic home is centrally located on a corner parcel in the desirable Old Village of Mt Pleasant. This home must be rented for a minimum of 30 days and only available during the summer of 2026. It is steps away from the Historic Pitt Street Shopping District, which allows you to enjoy lunch/dinner/appetizers at the Old Village Wine Shop or Gala and dining at one of Charleston's hottest restaurant's (The Post House), order a hand dipped ice-cream (Pitt Street Pharmacy), and take in all the beautiful clothing and gift items at Out of Hand. All within steps, you will be able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Charleston Harbor (2 blocks away), pick out fresh local fish and shrimp from the Shem Creek docks, relish in relaxing dinners on Shem Creek at some of the locals favorite restaurants, and marvel at the Lowcountry's beauty via the Pitt Street Pedestrian Bridge, Alhambra Park, or Shem Creek Park. Sullivan's Island and the Ravenel bridge are only a bike ride away and great ways to enjoy exercise year round.


One of the loved features of the home is the wrap around porches that overlook both Pitt and Morrison Streets. They allow for quiet morning coffees, wine nights with friends, and outdoor dinner parties. The outdoor living space includes a bed swing, rocking chairs, custom outdoor dining table (seats 10-12), and plenty of additional space for creating and playing. This home also features secure garage parking for one large or 2 smaller vehicles with an additional covered parking space for another vehicle or golf cart. The driveway allows for additional off street parking. The home is equipped with video security surveillance and a RING doorbell video system.

The living space is an open concept allowing for a family to maximize their time together. The kitchen boasts a top-of-the-line Italian Ilve Majestic range and all-fridge and all-freezer to amply supply for the gourmet cook. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. For the grilling fanatic, there is a Green Egg grill directly off the kitchen.

Guests will have access to 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen-sized bed and full en-suite bathroom. There are four additional bedrooms on the second floor. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have two twin beds in each, and two additional bedrooms have queen and full-size beds. The upstairs is set up to include a home office space (if needed), two additional desk areas, and a TV/play space. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs that are situated between bedroom spaces. The desk spaces can be easily transformed into reading/relaxing nooks (depending on your needs). This home has all you need plus more. It is a family home so all the linens, kitchen, and bathrooms will be stocked. Just bring your clothes and favorite items to quickly settle in to enjoy Old Village living.

There is a 19-foot center console boat and a 6-seat golf cart that will be stored on-site. Guests will not have access to the golf cart unless additional rental fees, liability waivers, and insurance are agreed upon.

In addition, a full 100-gallon gas tank, bi-weekly lawn maintenance and house cleaning, and video security services are included in the monthly price.
