Staff was good, hotel building run down. The rooms were updated. Lacks heat as the rooms were drafty and hallways freezing. Breakfast is only cereal and waffles and the table was not cleaned in between guests so it was discussing. For the price would not recommend.

The room, as mentioned before, was always clean and attended to. I spent most of my trip outside of the hotel, obviously, but that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy coming back to my room at the end of the night to rest in a clean and made bed. The shower also had great amenities, I suggest using their shower cap and care kits while you stay!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! After check in I realized they didn’t give me breakfast times, then she said they don’t serve breakfast anymore!! I informed her it was on their website and Expedia, that is one of the reasons why we chose them, they need to have it removed immediately from there

Breakfast foods were not cooked properly, the microwave didn’t work to try to warm them up. Staff was slow in bringing requested items like syrup. Hot tub was ok but the kids in the pool kept splashing water on the people in the hot tub.

Our room was clean. It was obvious the hotel was old and they were trying to make upgrades. There were some loud construction/possibly furnace noises that were disturbing. The one issue I had was the nightlight on the hairdryer was shining directly into the mirror which then was shining directly toward my position in the bed. It made sleeping difficult. I tried to cover it with a towel but could not make it stay. The only way to shut it off was to turn on the light. Minor issue but definitely something to look into correcting.
