The only good was the room size and beds were perfect for our family of five…. We stayed for 5 nights and room service never came. We asked three times at the front desk and once with the cleaning lady. Each time they said they will come but nobody came. Even on our “schedule” for room service were told it wasn’t our schedule (2 days in). They ran out of toilet paper, breakfast ran out of most items by 8:30 am and even the free ice water and coffee in the lobby ran out by 11 am and was never refilled. I would not stay here again.

I have never met a more friendly and service oriented staff! Each person we met, greeted us with genuine kindness and an enthusiasm to provide great service. The hotel is updated, fresh, and clean. The pool was lovely and warm. The breakfast had lots to choose from. Thank you for a lovely stay!
