What an adorable little house; so well decorated and welcoming, it quickly felt like home. The location is ideal -- short drive to historic downtown, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bedrooms are comfortable and roomy, and the owners provide power cords for modern technology near the beds, which is thoughtful. There was plenty of storage in each bedroom, and in the beautiful white bathroom, as well. Lots of towels. The cute little kitchen is well-equipped, with several areas to eat, both inside and out. Great WiFi and the television options are amazing. While we had no need of the pet-friendly area, the owners take care to offer a secure area, and, at the same time, ensure the home does not show any evidence of pets throughout.We are very happy with our choice.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. House is decorated very nice and has everything you could wish for. Close to downtown and we could walk down. Also within walking distance to the world's "best chowder in the world". So many restaurants we couldn't try them all...will just have to go back!

We would definitely rent this adorable cottage again. We love Mount Dora's charming downtown area. A quick 4 block walk puts you in the middle of all the fun. We were pleasantly surprised with the large outdoor entertaining area. The updated vibe was welcoming, attractive, and very clean.

Charming home and walkable to downtown

We enjoyed the house very much. Had a table for playing games, tvs in each room for movie nights. Walkable to downtown and there is also a Free shuttle on the weekends that we used often. There is a binder in the house with yummy restaurant suggestions. We came to Mr Dora to see the VanGogh house and we coincided with the Arts and Crafts weekend. So many craft booths and cute boutiques and shops all throughout downtown. A great girls trip!
