Sliders out to the lake-side deck from both the living room and the master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath. There is also another 3/4 bath on the main level. The kitchen is a bright and cheery place to prepare your meals with custom cabinets and granite-look counter tops. Of course, you can always prepare your meals on the gas grill while enjoying the fabulous lake view if you would like. Going upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms and another full bath. Down in the walk-out lower level you'll find yet another 3/4 bath for rinsing off the sunscreen after a day in the sun and water. The lower level offers a game area complete with a game table for your evening card or board games, ping pong, air hockey and a foosball table. Outside is where you will want to be every waking hour where you can bring or rent a boat to keep at the 40 foot dock - dock will accommodate 2 boats up to 24 feet in length. The views are beautiful - straight down the lake towards Gunstock Mountain! Entry into the beautifully clear, sand-bottomed water is from the dock with a ladder where you can swim out to the raft and work on your tan or jump in again to make some waves. There is 120 feet of beautiful shorefront. The picnic table is located on the lawn where you can enjoy your meals taking in the beautiful surroundings.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $150. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
