Excellent service and very friendly staff from valet to front desk to housekeeping. The location is great to explore the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, which is filled with interesting cafes and restaurants. If you’re into fitness, the park across the street is great for running, and the hotel is next door to a CrossFit box (called Open,) where you can work out while enjoying a view to the park.

Quartos ruins, armarios antingos, recpcionistas nada simpaticos. O pior era banhheiro. Sanitario bem altos (adaptados pata deficientes, divisoria de cortina, agua saia do.box, agua do chuveiro parecia uma bica, alem de uma cadeira para deficientes que atrapalha quem nao é. Para portadores de necessidades especiais banheiro super bem adaptado.

Funcionários atenciosos. Não há fitos no anúncio da categoria em que escolhi. Jamais teria me hospedado se tivesse visto antes ! Era péssimo ! O primeiro quarto tinha avarias importante logo qdo cheguei, aguardei por mais de 20 minutos mas cansei e insisti por outro quarto. Um pouco relutante, o atendente me forneceu outro quarto antigo e reforçou que a minha categoria todos eram assim pq eu ressaltei alguns pontos e que não havia visto no site. Uma reunião de coisas incômodas no quarto: iluminação branca horrível típica de banheiro, cheiro desagradável, claridade incomoda de mau fechamento das cortinas. Parecia que havia parado no tempo. Não voltarei mais.

Quarto limpo e espaçoso, porem o hotel necessita de reformas/atualização. Por agora estar com a bandeira Slavieiro, esta aquem dos demais hoteis da rede que ja me hospedei. O cafe da manha por exemplo, esta longe do que encontramos nos demais hoteis da rede. O hotel esta muito bem localizado no bairro Moinhos de Vento, assim merece um cuidado maior!

O hotel precisa ser mais transparente quando da reserva. Explico: não sabíamos que o apartamento reservado ficava em outra torre, que para chegar lá precisávamos pegar um elevador da garagem, trocar de elevador para mudar de torre e depois pegar outro elevador para o apartamento. O apartamento era diminuto, difícil de se locomover, banheiro pequeníssimo, sem espaço nas laterais da cama e, apesar de ter uma mini cozinha, não tinha sequer um copo! Decepcionante! Quanto à limpeza, encontramos lixo na gaveta. Ao chegarmos a internet na funcionava e perdemos mais de uma hora com uma pessoa da manutenção que pouco entendia do assunto! De fato, neste hotel não mais. Não condiz com o padrão que conhecemos do Slaviero.

Apesar da ótima localização e dos quartos, o atendimento dos atendentes foi muito abaixo do esperado. Além disso, das 3 diárias, em 1 não foi realizada a manutenção do quarto, mesmo com a informação de arrumar o quarto desde as 9h da manhã, tendo retornado ao hotel às 18h e não tendo sido realizada a limpeza. O café deixou muito a desejar, inclusive o atendimento dos funcionários, que, por sinal, são terceirizados (segundo o hotel). Um descaso por se tratar da rede Slaviero.

Hotel antigo, sem qualquer investimento nos quartos, cheguei ao hotel por volta das 22:00 horas e tive que guardar o carro em um estacionamento horrível. E ainda tive que pagar 45 reais de diária! Café da manhã ruim, comidas com aspecto de velha, enfim, péssima experiência, não recomendo!

Hotel bom, quartos renovados, mas check inn confuso. Apenas um funcionário para atender todas as demandas e o telefone. Fiz a reserva para ficar com meus filhos, mas no apartamento tinha apenas uma toalha e cama de armar não estava montada. Fui informado que não teria ninguém para ajudar - uma falha para qualquer hotel. Mas quartos confortáveis, limpos, cama nova e silenciosos. Localização muito boa também.
