The blue marlin is a newly renovated beach house on the silver sands of tar bay , with its new heated swimming pool it makes Blue Marlin one of the few properties that boasts all its many amenities making it the perfect get away for all .
The blue marlin house has 4 large bedrooms one of which is situated in our new pool house all have ocean views and ensuite bathrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar and dining area that is all open plan into or sitting area with large patio door overlooking the breath taking views of the ocean .
Along with the new swimming pool . Blue Marlin is directly on the beach and has an array of kayaks and paddle boards for you too enjoy on the 2 mile stretch of ocean , we have an outside bar and grill area to enjoy the beautiful sunset .Then if you wish to have a break from the beautiful outdoor we have a 75inch wall mounted television with all sports and movie channels along with 5G wifi .

The blue marlin house is perfectly situated 5 miles from the airport where car hire is available and 2 miles from the local delicatesse and pharmacy, local liquor store. Our amazing concierge services will help make your stay that little bit more personal to you, taking the stress out of any day trips you make wish to take to explore the islands amazing scenery including the sand bars, hide a ways and the most amazing snorkelling as the beauty is not just above the ocean , swimming pigs and much more . You will be met at the airport where you can collect your hire car or taxi (our concierge lady can arrange this prior to your arrival ) and she will escort you to the house and given a full walk though if you need anything during your stay we are always at the end of the phone and have a fantastic team that can help with anything to make it a trip of a life time .

Wow! What a wonderful vacation we had at Blue Marlin. The house was better than we expected, so much room for all of us. Nothing can beat the view - absolutely breathtaking. You won’t find water this beautiful any where in the world! We had such a relaxing time just hanging out at the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. We were hoping to see more sea life, we did see a shark, a turtle and a few stung rays. Ayana was a great house manager. She checked on us often and when the dryer went out and a new belt wasn’t available, she even offered to dry our clothes for us. We even had a pool boy come and clean the pool during the week. If you want a beautiful place to stay with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, Blue Marlin is the house for you! Thank you, Jane, for allowing us to drop our luggage early while we shopped in town and for letting us stay late since we had a late flight the day we checked out. We appreciate it! Your home is so nice.

Overall, this property was outstanding. We’ve stayed on Tar Bay multiple times in many different houses. This house stood out above the others because of the pool and hot tub option, which we used everyday. The beach is beautiful, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool house was perfect for the couple that wanted a little extra separation with a gorgeous beach view and ocean wave acoustics for sleeping/napping. Beds were extremely comfortable and A/C worked great! You have your own personal reef about 50 yards down the beach as an added bonus! Great for snorkeling out to see the colorful fish/sea turtles/barracuda. We would definitely stay here again. Exuma never disappoints!!! See you next year!!

Beautiful Location, But Lacking in Maintenance & Guest Experience

The location of Blue Marlin is stunning — right on a peaceful beach with incredible views. The layout is great for groups, with 4 ensuite bedrooms and 2 half baths. The pool felt newer and was clean, and the outdoor space with hot tub, grill, and bar has great potential.However, several issues affected our stay. Our delayed flight was met with a less-than-welcoming message about our arrival time. At check-in, we were told not to use back doors or throw out soap bottles. The grill had two empty propane tanks. A new tank was left without notice, and we incorrectly set it up. After messaging, the manager did assist the next day which was greatly appreciated.Only one pool light worked, and the hot tub cover shed debris. Two downstairs faucets barely worked, just a trickle of water. The dishwasher didn’t clean well, the fridge was small, and the ice maker did not make ice during our stay. The washing machine was half full with dirty brownish gray water upon arrival. Some towels and pillows had a musky smell, even after washing. The master bed was old and dipped in the middle; the guesthouse bed sagged and creaked. There’s only one TV, no external speakers, and not enough indoor seating for all guests. A soaked bathroom mat was there on arrival. We got one key, one roll of paper towel, no cleaning supplies, and no trash instructions. We had to leave a door unlocked for the guesthouse access compromising safety.Great location and despite the issues we enjoyed our stay.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE!!!! We had an amazing week long stay at The Blue Marlin. The property is absolutely perfect and set up well for adults and kids. The property manager was very responsive about multiple questions we had. The property owner also checked in on us and was very helpful to allow us a late checkout. If you are searching for the perfect home in Exuma, look no further than The Blue Marlin!!!

INCREDIBLE STAY!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this house is and our experience at Blue Marlin was! Ayana the property manager is amazing. She is prompt, helpful and set us up with anything we needed. Met us at the airport with our rental van.Laundry detergent, dish soap and plenty of toilet paper are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs and coolers are all at the house along with floats for the pool.The pool area cannot be beat! Gorgeous area!The owners checked in through WhatsApp a couple of times during our stay as well.Beds are comfortable. Be sure to pack your own coffee as it is almost 30 a bag in the stores here. We also packed some snacks to bring with us like pretzels, bagels, individual coffee creamers, peanut butter, jelly just to keep the grocery costs down. Meat on the island we felt was very affordable compared to the states but the costs of dry goods is high.Highly recommend for a nice dinner 23 North. Exuma Yacht Club food is incredible. We really enjoyed Sand Piper Cafe for a nice breakfast recommended by our property manager.Overall our stay was a 10/5! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Blue Marlin Beach Oasis Treasure

First trip to Exuma and Jane and Nigel from Blue Marlin did not disappoint Jane and her family were very accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions and made for a very stress free unforgettable stay in Exuma. Spectacular beach house with all the amenities to make for an incredibly fabulous vacation. Great location, beautiful white sandy beachfront, spectacular sunrises, lovely outdoor space with a warm welcoming interior finish with all the fixings. Beautiful pool, beach facing hot tub, toes in the sand and a drink in our hand was a fabulous way to spend the week ; life is good Definitely a redo for our group of travelling friends and family Jane & Nigel you have a amazing piece of paradise, thank you for sharing 🫶

Stunning ocean view & easy access onto beautiful beach. Water toys including kayaks & paddle boards. Everything you need and more

This house was so well equipped. It had so many floaties, kayaks, and paddle boards for the pool and beach. We had board games and books inside. We had a play pen for the baby to sleep in. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked every day. The nearby grocery store was good. The property manager wouod answer me within less than 4 minute response time. You need this house in your life. The beach is so amazing there is no need to go explore other beaches. You made it to pure paradise.

Blue Marlin is in a great location with a beautiful beach. Back is amazing with a gorgeous view of the water and steps to the beach. Outdoor bar was a huge plus as well as pool floats, cornhole, and pool/beach towels provided. The pool house all bedrooms upstairs have a beautiful view of pool and ocean. House has plenty of water room and well layed out. Ayana, the house concierge was great with all of my questions before we got to Exuma and during our stay. She set up a car rental for us, a full day boat tour, and a personal chef. She also did some grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival and met us at the airport. Exuma is BEAUTIFUL!! The pictures on the internet doesn’t do it justice. We stayed 7 days and I’m leaving kicking and screaming. We are already planning our next visit.

Absolutely amazing

We’ve just come back from a trip of a lifetime. Blue Marlin was a fabulous home for our friends and family. You absolutely can not have a better location. The bluest water you’ll ever see! We loved having the pool for when the water was a bit rough, especially for the kids. All of the beds are comfortable. Ayana was wonderful and helped us whenever we needed it. And the owners were excellent at responding whenever we reached out. I hope to come back!

Exactly What We Wanted

We have been to Exuma multiple times.... this was by far the best pool we have had. The hot tub was amazing to warm up in on the "cooler" days (January). Only minutes from the airport and centrally located on the island. We would highly recommend this property.

5 stars!! The home was beautifully situated on turquoise water beach. The layout of home is perfect. Essentially you have 3 master bedrooms and a bunkhouse room with bathroom. Which allows everyone to have “their own space”. The rest of the home has a nice roomy open floor plan with view of the pool and ocean. The home was clean and well stocked. I would absolutely stay here again. The owners were so flexible with making changes for our sons schedules.

This house was amazing!! View is beautiful! Close to the airport and restaurants. Georgetown is just a short drive away. Enough room for everyone to sit and eat together or hang out on the deck and enjoy the view. Lots of beach toys, floats and towels. Sand is just steps away. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was our third stay at Blue Marlin and it was as expected...amazing. We keep coming back to this property because the house is great, the pool, the location right on the beach and easy access to the airport, Georgetown and all of the restaurants/bars. We had two families and it was great for adults as well as kids. We will certainly be coming back again in the next couple of years.

The Best House in Great Exuma!

The house, the pool, and the beach in front were all fabulous. Our family of seven spent 6 days at Blue Marlin. The house was clean with plenty of room. The separate bedroom and bath beside the pool was an added treat; we opened the windows (they have screens) and went to sleep to the sound of the ocean every night. We used the kayaks, SUPs, ping pong table, hot tub and played a lot of cornhole. The pool and view of Tar Bay can't be beat. Having Ayana as our concierge made everything so easy. She was so helpful and answered all of our questions. And the location was perfect, making the numerous trips to the market easy and quick. We hope to stay here again on another trip to Great Exuma.
