Brand new and great location

Great location and newly developed area as well as the newly built Hotel Riviera will only improve. That said, the hotel and service was already top notch so the few workers running around fixing and making finishing touches didn't bother me one bit. I will look forward to the next opportunity to stay at the Riviera.

"Beach-Life"

Very freindly and aproaching staff. The hotel has an ambient theme of "Beach life" throughout. - even with ovn beach outside by the shore. Rooms are comfy and clean, - bed is nice. Restaurant is classy without trying "too hard" - which actually works well in supporting the ambient atmosphere. Nice pool area on top with inside/outside pool and sauna with rituals and friendly staff.

A real gem!

We’ve just enjoyed a few days at this beautiful hotel, what a find!! Moss is being heavily invested in as an area and as a result we enjoyed a stunning hotel, the spa was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff were really helpful, polite and accommodating to us and our young family. I cannot recommend enough for a few days on a Fijord near Oslo. We’ve stayed in lots of luxury hotels around the world and this one is up there with one of the best. Thank you for such a great time.

Hotellet ligger like ved vannet og sentralt ved sentrum. Gode senger og fine rom. Fint basseng på toppen. Dampsaunaen ble for kald og lite steam. Det eneste negative er frokostavviklingen. Med mye folk blir det for trangt og mye venting. Også bare en kaffemaskin skaper kø. Matutvalget er ikke mer enn standard, men spesielt dårlig for gluten eller laktoseintoleranse. Her er det veldig dårlig tilrettelagt. En burde i det minste kjøpe inn noen dessermuffinser.

Fint rom med fantastisk utsikt. Fasiliteter på rooftop var bra, men noe trangt med mange folk. Badstu manglet litt varme og futt. Restauranten i første etg med tilhørende service var tragisk. Ventetid på 50 min for drikke og maten på nivå med Egon, noe som trekker ned helhetsopplevelsen
