"EIRA VELLA" Holiday house, (from € 30 day / month).

House of 50 M2, with 2 bedrooms which consist of a double bed and another room with two bunk beds, living room, 1 bathroom and fully furnished kitchen including appliances.
The house is located on a 1000m2 farm in which there are two houses, one for rent and another one for ours, with which there are common areas.
It also has all the necessary utensils such as utensils for cooking and eating, as well as towels, sheets, blankets etc ... and also some board games, toys, children's books and for adults and a PS3 with various games.
Within the enclosure and just below the house, there is a parking space available, so you will not have any problem parking, or distances to travel.
On vacation one of the things we do not want is to "stress", (traffic, cities, etc.), for this reason and given the privileged situation of the house, since it is 2 minutes from the Atlantic Highway with the possibility of connections very fast as: Airport 5 minutes, Baiona 15 minutes, Nigran beaches 10 minutes, Vigo 7 minutes with the possibility of visiting the Cies Islands, beaches of the area of Morrazo 30 minutes, the University of Vigo 7 minutes , Santiago de Compostela at 1 hour and Portugal at 30 minutes etc.
Notes:
The heating is on 5 hours / day from October to April in case the average temperature drops below 16º. The rest of the months (May to September, both included), is not operational. It will have an additional cost in case of using the heating outside these commented parameters, reason why day rental price changes and should be clarified with the owners.
The house has a garden (common areas), which are not included in the use of the house. However, upon request to the owners, there will be no problem for its use and enjoyment.
