Disliked: Cleanliness
There was some dangerous, dated furniture, a fold out bed that fell on our 6yo. one duvet in the cupboard had vomit on it. No washing machine as advertised. TV didn't work well at all, countertop oven very confusing with no instructions. Dirty bath. Extra 20 euro each for bedding. Key collection and return far from the appt. Ski locker incorrectly labelled on paperwork so a long time spent finding the right one. Management staff were nice but difficult to contact at times (messages not returned)
