Apartment renovated and classified "Furnished Tourism ***" in 2015, 2 or 4 people (5th and last floor) located in the residence of FONTAINES-BLANCHES, in the heart of the Avoriaz resort. A large area of 30 m2. In winter, beds are made for your arrival, towels provided. You will find two televisions. Very bright "Grand Charme" apartment - Entrance - bathroom - separate WC - living room with a sofa bed - fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven) - one bedroom with a double bed. A very large bay window with access to a 3m² balcony facing south which gives you an extraordinary view.
You can put on your skis when you leave the building on a track that passes in front of you and brings you back on skis, which is ideal.
The apartment is close to all amenities, the children's village, the supermarket, the tourist office ... everything is within 200m.

The property is well designed & in a great location, it is very well kept with all modern conveniences including a large corner bath! The beds are very comfortable and a good size. The host was helpful & communication was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 😊

We stayed over the New Year period and the owners were very accommodating to our needs. The property was immaculately presented and had everything we needed, it was also perfectly located in the centre of the resort and easy to ski down for the first lift in the morning to get the children up to the ski school area. If visiting Avoriaz again we would definitely return to this property.

Lovely apartment, ideally situated in the centre of Avoriaz. Very cosy and nicely decorated. It's one of the few there with really high ceilings, which is an added bonus. Fantastic views and would highly recommend it!

Even Better Than Described!

We loved this apartment! It was comfortable for our family of three. It had a great view, a great location and a great electric fireplace. There was a ski locker downstairs, champagne and cookies to welcome us and a lot of incidentals like olive oil and spices. We really loved the place!

Ok für 2 Personen

Das Appartement war kleiner als erwartet. Da wir (Vater + Sohn, 16J.) beide Betten nutzen wollten, d.h. das Schlafsofa ausgezogen haben, blieb im Wohnraum wenig Platz. Ein kleiner Schrank mit 3 Fächern führte dazu, dass wir aus dem Koffer lebten. Aufgrund von Covid-Auflagen mussten wir die Betten selber beziehen. Bezüge und Decke war 2x2m, was für ein 1,4m Bett etwas mühsam ist. Die Internetverbindung war leider instabil und fiel immer wieder aus. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Wenn man zu zweit unterwegs ist und das 140er Bett ausreicht, ist das Appartement ok. Wenn man zu viert unterwegs ist oder beiden Schlafgelegenheit nutzen will, kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

Appartement au cœur de la station aménagé et décoré avec goût dans le style d un chalet de montagne . Tous commerces et restaurants au pied de la résidence . C est un vrai plaisir de se retrouver dans l appartement après les activités de sports d hiver et de passer les soirées dans cet espace cocoon avec de nombreuses commodités ( wifi - enceinte blootooth - 2 TV - cheminée électrique ,jeux de société ....) De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques , toujours à votre écoute et très arrangeants afin de vous rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible . Véritablement , un appartement de standing à réserver sans craintes à Avoriaz ! Nous reviendrons assurément à Avoriaz et ce sera chez Mr et Mme Mathey
