Property is only two years old and it is really well done. High ceilings, modern bathrooms and a beautiful breakfast area with big windows overlooking green space. It is on a quiet road only two blocks to the beach, shopping and food. Loved the serenity. The staff is nice. Special shout out to Dona Odeti who welcomes you with a smile.

A pousada apresenta um infra-estrutura física muito boa e está bem localizada. Aspectos a melhorar: não disponibilizam almoço (somente a partir das 15h), não efetivaram a limpeza do quarto, ainda que tenha sido colocada a placa de aviso para a realização do serviço e o ar condicionado do quarto estava com o controle errado, o que impediu o correto funcionamento do aparelho no primeiro dia (ainda que tenha sido chamada a equipe de manutenção).

Faltou um pouco mais de gentileza por parte de alguns funcionários do hotel. Quero deixar claro o exemplo de um dia que chegamos ao restaurante às 20:50, porém eu, minha esposa e um casal de amigos fomos impedidos de fazer nosso pedido, sendo que o restaurante está aberto até as 21:00. Funcionário ainda disse que se achássemos ruim a negativa que poderíamos reclamar.

Pontos positivos: A Limpeza é boa e a localização é ok para quem quer ficar na segunda praia. Pontos negativos: café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, todos os dias a mesma coisa, tapioca já pronta disponibilizada no buffet virava um bloco de concreto, eu sinceramente numa vi isso e achei uma pessima opção, era impossível de comer, os pães eram duros com apenas uma torradeira disponível para ir utilizar, não tinha opção de omelete e sem opção para sem glúten. O café da máquina saiu frio e muito demorada a reposição. Sugestão disponibilizar café expresso também no restaurante, ainda que seja pago, tivemos sair do restaurante e tomar o café na recepção. Resolveram lavar o piso da piscina a tarde, como começou a chegar muita gente não finalizaram o serviço, o sabão deixou o piso escorregadio tornando muito perigoso para todos, tivemos que reportar. No ultimo dia da minha hospedagem a água do chuveiro não esquentava, tivemos que tomar banho frio, ainda que calor eu particularmente não gosto. Não tem telefone no quarto para chamar Recepção e reportar qualquer eventuais como o caso acima.
