Room was amazingly clean, extremely friendly staff that offered us water and snacks upon check in. There is a $50.00 incidental fee that is refunded after check out which we were not informed about when the reservation was made thru hotels.com. But the breakfast was also top notch!

The whirlpool was down and undergoing maintenance, which was a bummer after driving 500 miles, but the overall all experience was top notch. The room was quite spacious compared to some hotels. We were little worried about having to squeeze our family of 5, plus a fur baby, into one room, but there was plenty of space for us, and it's nice and clean. We felt very comfortable.

Slightly set back on the stay for 5 nights. Pool was cloudy, chose not to even try it. Was looking forward to it, though. Breakfast was very ordinary, but couldn't tell they were eggs. The staff left the kitchen door open, so banging pot and pans were heard every morning. Left the maid service a tip every morning. Day before I left never was attended to. Mentioned it to the front desk and got quizzed as to when I left, etc. Never attended to. Shower had mold in it and the toilet seat had cracks in it. Mentioned it to the front desk, nothing was done. Better choices out there.
