Giant Boulder Fountains and the beautiful grounds would be perfect for a Small Wedding venue (small extra fee for weddings for utilities of 50 guest or less)(tables & party supplies for rent)(request a price list for these items.) (Wedding Officiant on site) Private In ground Swimming Pool. Your family will be the only one using the pool. Fire Pit & Private Boat Ramp for easy access onto the Arkansas River for fishing, kayaking, canoeing. 1 1/2 miles to Petit Jean Grave Site and 5.5 miles to Petit Jean State Park. Main House has 3 bedroom with 3 Baths, Gas Fireplace and Gas Grill and a Pool Table & Ping Pong Table. Large Guest House located just across the drive has 3 bedroom with 2 Baths. Sleeps 19.
