Lady at the front desk is rude. Our room was torn up and we had to get a different room. By torn up I’m saying the bathroom door was missing pieces and the front door looks like it was kicked in the bathtub had what looked like mold in the caulking and the drain was disassembled. We weren’t compensated for troubles or anything all they did was swap our room. We had family there with multiple rooms and out of the four rooms two had issues one the bed collapsed and the other had the damages.

The heating system was not working as it got cold at night. It appears to have been used as a football party venue for the nearby college: bare and torn carpet, and missing veneer on the flimsy doors. Not very receptive front desk personnel. Refund (full or partial) request was not honored due to "strict policy of the hotel" after more than a week of delay. Will NOT be visiting the place again.

Spacious room in an older property. The staff was friendly with easy check-in and out. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, but it is an older property so the doors and sitting room upholstery show some wear.

Clean and comfortable room, it was great because it was close to the hospital my family didn’t have to travel far to rest. It was also a big plus that there is a Dunkin right next door.
