The cottage is in a private secluded area in Paradise Valley, an older neighborhood in Morgan Hill westside. Surrounded by trees and goldfish ponds, it is quiet, peaceful, and tranquil. This is a charming older home built in the 1960s with real redwood floors. It is a two-story cottage, 1800 square feet with 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, and an open room that has a CD player, Bluetooth speaker, and designated workspace desk and office chair. The wifi is speedy. The sliding glass door opens to the deck which looks down at the goldfish ponds and behind is just an acre of land with old oak trees.
