In short, I booked at 3 pm for that night. it was confirmed. I arrived at 9 pm and they said that the hotel was fully booked. Period. I showed the reservation and they didn t care. Since the Film Fest of Morelia was on, had to drive over night 4 hours to Guadalajara.

Muy bonito lugar. No tiene servicio de restaurante, sólo desayunos; no hay recepción las 24hrs., Nos cambiaron la chapa de la puerta, no da comprobante de pago, (ticket o nota).
