Booked a king size bed and was sent to a double bed room. when called reception they offered a refund as long as restroom and bed weren’t used. Since it was a busy holiday they rented our room out to someone else and didn’t respect the reservation made. Took advantage to make a quick buck.

. My wife is handicapped, but they insisted on giving us a room in the second floor. The elevator is broken so my handicapped wife has to go up two flights of stairs every time we go to the room.
