Beach Villa with Tropical Pool

Come visit Sea Salt Villa! This is a 3 story villa completed in 2018. It is located across the street from beautiful Atlantic Beach. From the front door to sandy beach is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants are located minutes away by foot. This home boasts 2 master bedrooms, both with king temper beds. The third bedroom has a massive bunk for the kids or kids at heart. The bunk has a full bed on the bottom, twin on top and twin trundle as well with new temper mattresses for a comfortable nights rest. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The villas host a community pool surrounded by large palm trees and play area. This home comes with nice furnishings and equipped with kitchen supplies, games, child necessities, and more. We, the owners, strive for high standards on this rental. Most of the furniture is all brand new (2018) as well as all the mattresses to make this stay as nice as possible. Key-less entry codes even your kids could remember. Linens are available for rent through BlueWater (https://bluewaterlinens.com/shop/). You can also bring linens. It is a great place to stay with a young family. We had a few senior family members over 60 whom the stairs were a task to maneuver up and down. Over all great place to stay and near the beach.

Perfect for our family of 6

This property was the perfect place for our family to stay during our trip to Atlantic Beach! It was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly clean when we arrived. Parking was literally right outside the front door so unpacking and packing our vehicle was a breeze, same with groceries or other in/outs during the week. Keypad access was super convenient and easy for my kids. Because this is an end unit it has the benefit of a few additional windows and easy access to the back door by simply walking around the side of the building. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the separate bathrooms off each bedroom were invaluable to our family of six. Beach access was only a five minute walk and there is a convenient cross walk with flashing lights to help pedestrians cross the main road safely. The pool was an awesome perc of the stay as well...when it was too hot to walk to the beach, the pool was only a few steps away and never very crowded. The entire property grounds were well cared for and the pool area was friendly and inviting. There are businesses within walking distance and the dock overlooking Bogue Sound is only a short walk as well. Before and during our stay, our host, Allen, was kind and responsive with the few questions we had. It was clear he cared about the property and us having an enjoyable week. I recommend taking advantage of the host's suggestion for linen drop off service with Blue Water Services. This was new to us but we would do it again in a heartbeat.

This home was beautiful and in a great location! It was very well equipped, instructions on how to use the oven would be helpful. There was a mixup with the linens, I didn't see in the fine print of the details that linens were not provided, but Allen was very quick to respond and make things right. We were very happy all in all! A great family weekend!

Kid-friendly home

My kids loved their room! The bunk beds are great and there are a lot of toys and games. Nice setup in the living and dining areas. Some kid friendly cups and utensils in the kitchen. We really enjoy this complex with the pool right there and the beach across the street. Owner is very responsive. My husband and I stayed in the third floor bedroom. The mattress is very soft, which I'm sure some people love (but is not our favorite). Also wanted to note that when this listing says no linens included, that means everything even dish towels.

Fantastic Beach Townhouse

This was our second time staying at the townhouse, and we hope to be back many more times. The house is great for families - our 3 year old is obsessed with the bunk bed - and it came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing - right at the border of Atlantic Beach and Pine Knoll Shores - and the neighborhood is right next to a lighted crosswalk to get to a public beach access. Five stars all around!

When we walked in my husband said “you did great with this one!” We had several adults and two littles. Everyone was comfortable and even toys for the littles. Ideal location for beach, pool and playground. Relaxing evenings on the balcony. If we return to Atlantic Beach we will definitely stay here again.

Spotless, comfortable home in fantastic location

My family had a wonderful stay in this clean and comfortable home. The rental has everything you could need, is so clean and was perfectly arranged for our family of 4 and my parents. The kitchen is well equipped, there are bathrooms for each room and even one on the main floor, pool was nice for a change from the beach, and the ocean is right across the street. We especially enjoyed the balconies off of the bedrooms. The owner was great about communicationa and so very kind. 5 stars!!!!

We had a great week and enjoyed the property very much. Super convenient, spotless, roomy. I especially loved the fact that we could bring groceries in on the ground level and could park right at the door. Kitchen was well equipped. Property felt extremely safe. We will be back!
