We have done a little investigation but cannot find a room near the office with corroded tapware, or one that is particularly noisy. Dear Muneer, Thankyou for your feedback. We're pleased you found your room clean and spacious, and appreciated the lighting, TV and towels. We're a little perplexed by your low rating however and wonder if you may have us confused with another motel?? The room you booked was a standard room, which as you will see on our listing does not come with a kitchenette. In future may we suggest you book a Deluxe Queen with Kitchenette or Executive Twin Suite. Both of these automatically include all the crockery and cutlery you should need for an overnight stay. Breakfast is also available delivered to your room 7 days per week, a menu is located in the compendium on the desk. We also provide fresh milk to all of our guests at reception upon check-in, for tea of coffee. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided in all rooms, along with an iron and ironing board which was located in your closet. We're sorry if you missed this information at the time of your stay. Feel free to ask reception at any time for any additional items that you may require. We are always more than happy to be of assistance.
