We booked this property for its secure parking and late night use of the amazing spas and pool as we were serving late.. overall it was fantastic the only downsides were no pool towels provided and the bed was rock hard.. something across the bottom of the door would be ideal as there’s a big gap and the lights outside on all night are quiet bright through the curtains.. if these things were rectified the place would but absolutely the best.. after hours check-in process was very easy and smooth.. Did I mention the spas and pool were amazing.. definitely worth it for those facilities

The room was spotless and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The manager was extremely helpful and explained everything fully. The car park area is secured overnight accessible with your own code. Would stay here again, no problem.

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. It would have been better, if there was a trash bin in the bathroom. Whilst there was designated parking lot for each room, our lot was taken after we had checked-in. We did not use the spa, as we were unsure about the hygiene; also, when we went there, there were a bunch of rowdy teenagers in there, so we decided not to go ahead with it.

We liked the cleanliness and room decor, also bed/pillows comfotable. The large ensuite too was good. To have a dip in the thermal pools was a treat. We booked here as safety was a priority, the locked high gates in a sutle/artistic feature makes it look modern and boutique. I would like to see more greeney; like large agave in pots to break up the brick work and whiteness.
