Rifugio sul mare is located in the center of a lovely 800 square meter private garden, furnished with deck chairs, outdoor lounge, umbrella, barbecue, washing machine outdoor shower and relaxation areas in the shade of the willow and the magnificent reeds. The house has large and beautiful windows overlooking the garden that make the interior bright and comfortable. It has a nice living room with fireplace with a nice working fireplace for the low season, sofa, TV, wi-fi, and a small well-equipped kitchen with oven. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one double and the other twin. The central hub of the house is the private garden with direct access to the sea.
