The property is situated in the charming seaside resort of Torre Vado on the Ionian coast of Salento, between the towns of Torre Pali (a 9-minute drive) and Santa Maria di Leuca (a 12-minute drive) which lies at the southernmost tip of the Salento Peninsula.

The town is renowned for its seafront promenade that leads to the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters of Pescolus. The closest beach, Spiaggia di Torre Vado is just a 6-minute walk away and there is a small marina where visitors can rent a boat (a 7-minute walk). There are also a number of restaurants and grocery stores all within 5-minutes\' walk.
