Ho dovuto pagare a sorpresa perché non menzionate negli extra come specificato per l’aria condizionata gli asciugamani le lenzuola e le pulizie ,la tv dopo 8 giorni non sono stati in grado di farla funzionare,l’acqua del bagno usciva con un leggero filino,sono anni che prenoto con Hotels.com e questo non me lo sarei aspettato,voglio proprio vedere se qualcosa mi rimborsano ,la struttura non mi ha rilasciato fatture per le cose pagate extra
