Would not rent again. Very stressful to reach landlord to get check in information, apartment and location accurately described, rooms were hot, one AC in livingroom , nothing was provided for the bedroom, mattresses a bit on the very hard side and internet during the day was non existent due to too many users.

Optimale Lage

Sehr gute Lage in herrlich natürlicher Umgebung. Restaurant und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Naturschutzgebiete direkt vor der Haustüre und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Gastgeberin sehr nett und freundlich. Waren mit Hund da und fanden es sehr angenehm direkt im Grünen zu sein. Zum Fahrradfahren auch optimal. Ferienwohnung sehr geräumig und schöner überdachter Balkon. Hätte mir wohl eine bessere Ausstattung der Küche ( Backofen zum Aufbacken ) und eine Säuberung der wohl von Insekten blutverschmierten Fenstereinfassungen gewünscht. Hierfür leider einen Punkt Abzug.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön und wenige Meter vom See und vom Strandbad gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und alles ist sehr sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Sehr angenehm war die in der Buchung inbegriffene Bettwäsche und die Handtücher. Die Wohnung ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Schönes geraumiges Appartment

Das Appartment im Dachgeschoss hatte alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Ein schönes großes Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, zwei Sofas, Balkon und in der Küche auch alles, was man an Ausstattung braucht. Die Balkontüre und eines der beiden Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer waren mit einem Insektenschutzgitter ausgestattet, so dass man querlüften könnte, ohne dass man lästige Mücken o.ä. in die Wohnung lässt. Die Wohnung war sauber, Handtücher und Bettbezüge waren vorhanden. Gerne kommen wir wieder um vielleicht auch Mal länger als vier Tage zu bleiben. Danke

Schön gelegene Unterkunft, ideal für Ausflüge auf Höri

Super Lage. Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz nah am Hafen von Moos und nur 50m vom Bodenseeradweg entfernt gelegen. Weil nur durch eine kleine Stichstraße erreichbar, ist es ganz ruhig, kein Durchgangsverkehr oder ähnliches. Im Sommer bestimmt gut für Seebesuche. Die Wohnung (1. OG ) ist sehr geräumig. Es gab kostenfreies WLAN und Insektengitter. Der Verwalter ist gut erreichbar, schnell da und hilft unkompliziert weiter. Nur die Ausstattung war schon etwas verbraucht. Die Matratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse durchgelegen, Das Ausziehsofa war im Auszugsteil verschmutzt und das Ledersofa beim TV war alles andere als gemütlich. der Preis für 3 Nächte war für die Verhältnisse einfach zu hoch. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Kurzurlaub im Oktober.

Schöne Lage

Pluspunkte: Perfekte Lage am See, Klimaanlage, gute Raumaufteilung, das Notwendigste ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern. Minuspunkte: Sauberkeit der Wohnung (staubig, Spinnweben, Geschirr teilweise schmutzig, Flecken an den Wänden), Glasschiebetür im Bad statt normaler Tür. Es wäre schön, wenn die Kurtaxe-Kärtchen vor Ort wären. Vermieterin im Vorfeld und generell unkompliziert oder eher desinteressiert - das ist Ansichtssache.. Im Ganzen ist die Wohnung in Ordnung, die Lage super.

Der Check-In war etwas chaotisch. Wir hatten uns staubedingt eine halbe Stunde verspätet und die Wohnung war trotzdem noch nicht bezugsbereit. Sonst hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit etwas Investitionsstau. Preis Leistung ist top. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

die Wohnung ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig zu viele grosse grünpflanzen im Schlafzimmer 3 Stück

die Lage ist super wir bekamen ausser der Zahlungsaufforderung keine weiteren Infos Check in durch Zufall waren wir gegen 16 Uhr da und wurden getröstet da die Wohnung noch hergerichtet wurde . die Wohnung ist für die Ausstattung und Zustand zu teuer es gibt defekte aussenbeleuchtung im Badezimmer zu wenig Beleuchtung im Schlafzimmer defekte Lampe die küchenaussttung ist minimalistisch

Super Lage, saubere Unterkunft, es fehlt an nichts,netter Kontakt

Wir waren gerne hier, wurden nett empfangen, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt ruhig gegenüber des Hafens, idealer Einstieg für Biker für tolle Touren in herrlicher Natur. In der Wohnung gibts 1 Flasche Wasser zum Empfang, Der Balkon liegt zur Südseite/sonnig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet genug Platz für (wie in unserem Fall) 3 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell gestaltet, der kleine Balkon ist super. Das Auto kann zwar nicht direkt vor der Wohnung aber in kurzer, fußläufiger Entfernung abgestellt werden. Das Apartment liegt ruhig in der Nähe des kleinen Yachthafens von Moos. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge zum Rheinfall, nach Stein am Rhein zur Insel Reichenau oder nach Konstanz. Vermietung verlief problemlos trotz der sehr kurzfristigen Buchung. Preis-/Leistung war fair.
