Dear Sir, Madam, Thank you for your comment. We are really sorry to read that your stay with us didn’t reach your expectations. There was obviously a lack of communication and follow up. We are having internet issues but our IT team is working on it. It should had been fixed quickly but the issues were unfortunately bigger than originally evaluated. As for the bottle of water, each hotel has its own policy but we are working on new standards to put a complimentary bottle of water in each overwater bungalow. We are sorry that you couldn’t benefit of it during your stay. We can only apologize for the disappointments you experienced during your stay but can guarantee you that it does not reflect the service we want to give to our guests and on which we are working every day. Your comment will be discussed with all involved services and we will use it to improve ourselves and make sure that doesn’t happen again in the future. Still, we hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again in a near future to show you that we took all your remarks seriously and into consideration.
