Property was nice however someone billed a food purchase to my room account and after almost 4 weeks and numerous phone calls the charge had not been refunded I was informed several times that the charge would be refunded but no one ever returns my calls after they say they will credit my card. We did not eat in there restaurant and they must not verify room numbers when they do their charges. You better check your account before you leave the hotel. Not very cooperative

Would like to review during race weekends
After a very long travel day, I appreciated the quick, easy check in. The evening staff was great. The bar had already stopped serving food, but the beer was ice cold. It was fun to watch the regulars served after last call. Made me feel at home. Communities matter. My trip to town was for a death in the family. I chose Seven so I could be somewhat removed from everything and take my mind off of things for a while. Unfortunately, I had never been here before, so I needed to ask where to go. The afternoon front desk staff was not at all friendly when I asked where I could watch the cars. When I came back in to say thank you for the information, her response made it clear that I was bothering her. I’m hoping she was just having a bad day. The room was comfortable and clean, although the scent of cleaning supplies was a bit overwhelming. I was on the fourth floor and never saw a hallway without numerous cleaning carts (and staff sitting around either chatting or on their phones). They were never loud, so it would only matter if the guests complained. I’m guessing it would be different on a race weekend. The elevator is really, really, really slow and when I finally ventured down the stairs, I ended up in the “staff only” area. Luckily, no one scolded me as I found my way out. Despite that, I looked up Corvette Corral tickets as soon as I got home. Maybe next year.

There was a coachroach in my room which my I laid to rest. The staff did not remove it after i alerted them in the morning until i returned later that evening.
