This duplex apartment features a kitchen and dining area on the upper level, overlooking the living space with a long, south-facing balcony offering panoramic views of the Tarentaise Valley. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on this level.

On the lower level, a living room opens onto a south-facing terrace, providing access to two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Rentals run from Saturday at 2:30 PM to the following Saturday before 10:00 AM.

Linens are available for an additional fee of €25 per person.

The tenant is responsible for the end-of-stay cleaning; an additional service can be requested at an extra cost of 95 euros to ensure this cleaning.

Wonderful chalet - perfect location

Thank you Eric for letting us stay in your wonderful chalet. It was in a fantastic location, close to all the amenities in Les Eucherts, and just a short walk to the closest ski lifts. It was a lovely apartment with a homely feel, and perfectly suited to two families. We were genuinely sad to leave, and would happily stay there again if we could. Thank you again!

Beautiful property with stunning views situated in an excellent position close to the slopes.

This a spacious, well-designed apartment with ample room and facilities for the 8 in our party. We loved the separate dining areas and lounge, both with wonderful views down the valley. In addition there are 2 balconies with seating from which one can enjoy the views. It's also unusual to find a boot locker with sufficient space for all our skis! The property is around 100m from the Les Eucherts chair lift so easy to access the slopes. Even though we had little snow, the pistes were well-maintained. We found the area provided a relaxed and friendly atmosphere both on and off the slopes. The owner and his agent were always prompt to help with any queries or issues that we had throughout our stay.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du départ des pistes avec nos 7 petits enfants. Cuisine bien équipée. Sur le site il manque un descriptif complet de la location, heureusement le propriétaire a pu nous répondre à ce sujet. Regrettable pour l'absence d'un WC au niveau inférieur et dans une chambre présence d'une fenêtre à chassis fixe ? Il y aurait de quoi l'échanger avec la fenêtre située dans la montée d'escalier que l'on peut à peine ouvrir ? Malgré ces petits détails, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Très bel appartement pour 10 personnes (pour 12 cela semble compliqué de tenir sur la table à manger !).Très belle vue sur la vallée.Manque d'un plan de travail au niveau de la cuisine et d'un toilette en bas.A 3 minutes à pied du télésiège des eucherts et d'une petite place où se trouve restaurants, sherpa, boulangerie.

Bel appartement qui commence à montrer son âge

L'appartement est vraiment beau et spacieux. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est à disposition. La communication avec le propriétaire est rapide et facile. Les deux terrasses exposées plein sud avec vue sur la vallée de la Tarentaise sont un gros plus. Seul bémol, l'appartement aurait vraiment besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Plusieurs lumières ne fonctionnent pas, le silicone des douches est super moisi, la bouilloire a un interrupteur cassé, etc. Donc si le propriétaire pouvait faire un petit effort dans l'appartement, ce serait le meilleur appartement que j'ai jamais loué pour aller skier.

Superbe semaine de ski entre amis

Un grand merci à notre hôte et aux équipes pour l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant quant à nos contraintes notamment en ce qui concernait notre arrivée. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, fonctionnel et de bon goût. Il bénéficie en plus d'une localisation exceptionnelle à 1 minute de toutes les commodités (forfaits, ESF, remontées, location de skis, épicerie etc). Je vous recommande grandement cet hébergement si vous souhaitez profiter des Eucherts dans un bel endroit !

Rien à redire tout était parfait

Très content de notre séjour aux Eucheres Appartement très bien équipé sauf peut être une machine à laver le linge serait un plus avec les jeunes enfants. Station très ensoleillée et très animée et nous avons pu faire beaucoup de randos sympas avec petits et grands Nous y reviendrons peut être l'hiver

Superbe appartement dans un cadre magnifique

Merveilleux séjour de deux semaines en été dans ce très bel appartement sur deux niveaux. Appartement très propre, bien agencé, spacieux et bien équipé, avec une vue splendide et une exposition plein sud pour le balcon et la terrasse. Très bon emplacement permettant un départ à pied vers de nombreuses et très belles randonnées pour tous niveaux. A proximité immédiate à pied du centre des Eucherts et celui de la Rosière par la liaison de la forêt. La route en contrebas est un peu bruyante quand il y a du passage mais c’est finalement une gêne qu’on oublie vite face à la beauté de tout le reste! Nous avons passé des vacances extra et nous avons hâte d’y séjourner à nouveau, en été ou en hiver.

Chaleureux duplex très bien situé

Bel appartement, très lumineux, joliment décoré, sur deux étages avec 4 chambres pouvant accueillir facilement 8-10 personnes. Magnifique vue sur toute la vallée, avec un balcon et une terrasse. Cuisine bien agencée et fonctionnelle. 3 salles d’eaux et un WC séparé sont des atouts. Bonne relation avec le propriétaire, facile d’accès et gestion pas compliquée avec la gérante pour la prise et remise des clés sur place. Merci également pour la souplesse des réservations avec le covid-19 en 2021. Je recommande cette location en toute confiance.

Chaleureux appartement de style chalet

Nous étions un groupe de 10 amis et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement A8. L'appartement est bien agencé et très agréable, avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée et le Mont Pourri. L'emplacement est également idéal, à 2 minutes à pieds du départ des remontées et des commerces. L'appartement était également très calme. Communication très simple avec le propriétaire et la personne qui gère la location. Seul détail : le casier à ski ne fermait pas à notre arrivée, mais un autre casier était libre et nous a été mis à disposition immédiatement. 5 étoiles !
