The studio was large and exactly as they described. But there were a couple of things that they should address. 1. If you don't have cast to watch streaming TV, it is very difficult to use the television. They need a better set up. I had to call for help multiple times. 2. The curtains need clips to open and close more easily, it is very difficult to deal with the curtains and I worried the rods would come off because they kept moving. 3. I couldn't find all the kitchen material immediately. But when I did there were things I wanted that were missing. It took me two times to get what I needed from the online chat and onsite manager. Basically, I wanted more baking trays since I was heating or using stuff in the oven. 4. It would have been nice to have a couple of basics--i.e. oil, vinegar, etc. 5. The main issue I had was communication. After I took a shower one morning before going to my work appointments, I came out and saw next to the radiator a massive water flood. I mopped it up with a towel but I do not know how it got there. I promptly messaged them and gave them leave to enter my condo to check and fix the issue. When I returned late that night, they had not done anything (apparently they peaked in). I messaged them asking if a maintenance person or plumber had actually figured it out. They said it looked fine to them but had not sent in any maintenance people. I told them, I do not want to be charged if some sort of plumbing disaster happens if I take a shower again.
