The location cannot be beat! There isn't a front desk, but your access code gets you into the building to use the washroom or store your bag. My room was more than I expected and very comfortable. I was staying on a weeknight, but the outside streets were quiet.

Horrible Service. Pre-checkin site doesnt work and they have no other way to check you in. Was on the phone for an hour trying to troubleshoot this despite having paid in advance. Customer service rep works in what seemed like a casual and noisy space, with no availability for a supervisor. There was no one on site even between the hours of 9am-5 pm, as they state in their advertisement.

Great room, poor communication.

All i all a lovely stay. Communication was a bit rough. It took 1/2 hour in chat to request early checkin. Was told I would be contacted about approval but never was.
