The property overall served its purpose. I certainly would not say it is a 4 star hotel, at least in the condo section. The free parking perk for Expedia gold members was a very nice perk, which is why I chose this accommodation over the competitor hotels. The parking garage was pretty tight and there were warning signs of car thefts from the garage. The hotel will provide you with a steering wheel lock as prevention, which was nice, but makes me hesitant on how safe it is. The pool was closed at this time of the year as it’s out of season. The room was clean and comfortable but small things like the counter sink not being securely fastened and other cosmetic things would lead me to say this is more like a 3 star hotel. I also chose this location as it’s walkable to the bell center. It was a 10-15 minute walk. Overall, It was a decent accommodation.

Stayed at a studio. More space than a regular hotel room. Some parts of the studio were quite new. However, some items need to be repaired or replaced (e.g., closet door, rusty water kettle). The balcony could be a cleaner (lots of bird poop). Having said that, we couldn’t ask for more by paying this price. Is this hotel family-friendly? We had a little one and reminded the staff twice that we would need a crib before check in. However, we had to ask for a crib again and again after we checked in. The ads says high chair can be provided. When we asked for one, one of the staff said the hotel is no longer providing high chair for guests. What’s interesting was that the manager called and offered one after seeing our check in review… I would say… we probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel if we don’t have a baby. We thought it would be a nice place for little ones

The hotel is very nice and our room was very spacious but it was not cleaned very well. There was some food left in the fridge, there was popcorn under the desk and there was garbage left in the side draw by the bed. The bathroom was clean and the bed was clean and very comfortable. The staff i found not to be the friendliest but overall we did like the hotel. The location to the Bell centre was very good. About a 10 min walk.

The best part of this hotel is its incredible location. It was so walkable and easily accessible to many shops, restaurants which made exploring the area very convenient. For cleanliness, I have to give it three stars. While the rest of the room seemed okay, the bed smelled like it had not been properly washed. The sheets and bedding had a strange odor that made the sleeping experience unpleasant.

The hallway smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom was newly renovated but the rest of the room is very old. The air conditioning was loud. There were no clear instructions about the parking situation and the front desk explained where to park as if I know the place.

The room had a smell to it whether it was food cooking or if other rooms(apartments) had pets (namely cats) which was not pleasant. The room was spacious however, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on. Floor tiles (vinyl floating floor) were cracked and small broken pieces.

I would not hesitate to stay again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms (we stayed in the condo tower) were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom door was weird and left gaps, which could be problematic if sharing a room with friends or someone who is not a significant other. Loved the shower! Garage parking was tight on the first level, but reception told us to park on the second level for larger spaces. Very limited outdoor parking, so if you have a vehicle taller than 6 ft you might be out of luck with hotel parking. Hotel is 2 blocks from multiple dining options. Bus stop at the corner. Short walk to metro stations. Very convenient location.

The color scheme and lively marble flooring of my room (the Expedia VIP upgrade) was marvellous. Great bathroom, with both a jacuzzi for two and a walk-in shower. Super comfortable bed, bathrobes. Comfortable sofa and a great office chair. With a lively garden and outdoor pool, this is a sanctuary in the heart of downtown Montreal.
