There were no hangers in the closet to hand our coats. They're were spotlights shining on the front of the building and therefore through all the friggin spaces around the curtains. Can you sleep when your room is lit up like the Vegas strip?

I have stayed here before: friendly , efficient staff, excellent location, very clean and comfortable room. One small problem: I was running late and could not figure out how to operate the shower; no time to ask for help. Lots of towels, a choice of pillows (different "hardness"), soft to hard) for a very comfortable sleep and they offer real bars of soap.

The room was simple, comfortable, and clean. It was exactly what I needed. The conveniences of being centrally located to some shopping and the Bell Centre, and having an on-site, small restaurant for an early dinner, were a bonus. The breakfast option was also nice. The selections were standard and well prepared. I especially enjoyed the coffee. **Note (11/18-25)** During breakfast on the morning of our checkout, my adult son badly cut his finger using the bagel knife, a total accident! I mention it, not only as a general word of caution while using these knives, but to give a note of praise. The attention given to my son was so kind as well as sincerely caring to provide everything she could to help. I regret that I do not remember her name. Because of your attention and care, he did not require an emergency room visit. Thank you so very much!
