Older outdated building with remodelled unit at the edge of downtown area. Near many low cost ethnic food choices (Indian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Middle Eastern). Initially charged for on site parking ($40/day) even though our reservations came with free parking. I later rectified it but looked like someone had marked our free parking as cancelled, so not sure if it was a mistake or not. Water pressure in bathroom was good and bedding comfortable. The parking ticket system in the building is a bit clunky. The elevator wasn't working properly for our floor for a time. Our room was pretty quiet and the front desk seemed pretty speedy and regularly manned. There is free ice water in the lobby at certain times of the day. Did not use the pool. There is an inner courtyard with patio tables.

The location is good, Metro station is nearby, staff friendly, specially the front desk staff, service us with smile and patience, because we're 10pax with 5 rooms, and some of my friends are not well speak English, it take a long time to process, they are happy when they got the room, will come back again
