the front staff were friendly and efficient. our room was clean, well stocked with toiletries. there was a mini fridge, large tv, and the washroom was bright, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. the only issue i had was trying to get a hold of someone from the front desk using their insuite phone. i had to call using my cell, which wasn't a big deal. my most favorite thing about staying there was the huge sauna, pool and fitness room.

The hotel itself was fantastic but the area itself is not very desirable. The hotel was within walking distance to Chinatown and shopping and restaurants which was a plus but the area itself within the downtown district was not the best.

The staff was exceptional from check in - at breakfast - to check out! All the folks we experienced were professional, helpful and good natured. Front desk staff assisted us with parking and the storing and retrieving our bicycles when we needed them. Area immediately around the hotel did not feel as safe as other parts of the city

Hotel is beautiful! Staff was super friendly, room was clean and modern. The bed was too hard for my liking and both myself and my husband would have preferred a heavier duvet, but all in all a great stay overnight after a wedding!

Toilet ran everytime you used it, Clock had an issue, one light didn't work. Room temp is on auto.. I turned it down but it stayed at 23 all day which is too hot. I would turn it down and it would take all day to lower.

The hotel decor is very nice overall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is nice and well furnished. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have oat milk or different types of coffee brews. We only had caffeinated/decaf. Our room was very clean. The view was amazing. Amenities were quite okay. However, we did not have hand wash and only 1 soap was provided for 3 nights. It wasn't replaced during cleaning, something that i noticed other hotels provided. Finally, the neighborhood was the biggest letdown for me and my family. There are lots of homeless/drug addicts who roam near the hotel and we felt unsafe at night. The location however is close to St Denis/Place des Arts, Vieux Mtl, Chinatown, Downtown. 6/10 overall

This property was everything we needed. Everything we wanted to see and do was within about 20-25 min walk. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Will definitely stay here again. Staff was excellent and so friendly.
