There was a candy wrapper on the floor of our room. The carpet was also frayed at the entry. It was a Monday night yet a family of young children 3-12 yr olds were running around screaming from 11pm to midnight at the poolside whoch all the rooms open onto. We finally had to call security so they were aware. The hot tub was also being repaired...we booked it to use the hot tub so that was unfortunate.
