Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
On Expedia it was written that I would get the entire home to myself and share with people in my party. It then proceeded to say that the living bathroom and kitchen are shareable. Then we got there and there is someone living there. When I communicated with the host he never mentioned anything of sharing it because someone was living there. So then when I saw that it was an older guy and I’m a young women I did not feel comfortable. I booked a hotel and did not even stay there for 20 minutes. I then asked for a refund and the host refused, saying it was not there problem. This host lied and refused a refund after the lie. I would never book here again.
