Located on the 2nd or 3rd floor, the Standard Rooms feature:

Some rooms overlook the St. Lawrence River, while others offer views of the charming cobblestone streets and historic architecture surrounding the hotel.

The Standard Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel.
As part of the authentic charm of this 1863 heritage building, Arcadia does not have a traditional passenger elevator. Access to the rooms is by stairs only.
To ensure a comfortable arrival experience, our staff will gladly assist with luggage transportation via freight elevator during daytime hours.

Arcadia does not offer on-site parking, though several public paid parking facilities are conveniently located nearby.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Arcadia Hotel Boutique is a self check-in hotel. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided 3 hours before check-in to ensure a seamless experience.

To provide peace of mind during your stay, guests are required to choose one of the following protection options prior to arrival:

Damage Waiver
For a one-time, non-refundable fee of CAD $35, guests receive coverage of up to CAD $600 for accidental damage and normal wear and tear that may occur during their stay. Damage resulting from violations of the property`s policies or house rules is not covered.

Security Deposit
Alternatively, guests may choose a refundable security deposit of CAD $600. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the payment method approximately two (2) days prior to arrival. If no damage is reported, the hold will be released following check-out. For extended stays, the pre-authorization may be renewed periodically throughout the reservation.

Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Maximum check-out time is 11 a.m.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
