Situation appréciable, vers la sortie de SÚte, proche des plages, quartiers calmes avec commerces essentiels... Accueil fort sympathique, parking accessible et bus proches pour le centre ville. LégÚre note négative pour le studio intérieur un peu trop rustique au niveau confort (rangement, assises strict minimum...) Par contre balcon petit mais appréciable ! TrÚs bien malgré tout pour le séjour d'une semaine. .

Terra Gaia

Personnel agreable et sympathique mais la Residence est vieillote et mĂ©rite un bon rafraĂźchissement peinture et meubles. Dans le hall d'entrĂ©e et paries communes le papier est dĂ©collĂ© ou arrachĂ© et beaucoup de poussiĂšre dans le couloir. Des tĂąches sont apparentes sur les murs toilettes et chambre et les meubles sont trĂšs abĂźmĂ©s. Dommage car la rĂ©sidence est bien placĂ©e, place de parking Ă  l’intĂ©rieur, plage Ă  proximitĂ©, lidl tout prĂšs, boulangerie en sortant de la rĂ©sidence et arrĂȘt de bus tous proche pour aller au centre ville. Nous avions un appartement avec une vue magnifique sur l’etang de Thau mais beaucoup de bruits dus Ă  la voie de chemin de fer.

La rĂ©alitĂ© ne ressemble pas au photo, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu de se retrouver avec un mini balcon oĂč on ne pouvait mĂȘme pas se dĂ©placer. Je ne parle mĂȘme pas de la salle de bain, oĂč nous devions avoir une baignoire mais nous avons eu un douche de norme handicapĂ© donc la sdb Ă©tait inondĂ©e Ă  chaque douche. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s dans la chambre , le mĂ©nage n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© fais, des toiles d’araignĂ©es partout , les draps avec des cheveux et la vaisselle une odeur horrible.

Das Zimmer was sehr sehr dreckig! Überall Essensreste, Nussschalen, Haare auf den Betten. Badezimmerabfalleimer wurde glaube ich noch nie von aussen geputzt. Sehr schmudelig und es roch auch so. Die Frau von der Rezeption konnte nur französisch und meinte der Chef wird mich morgen anrufen um dies zu klĂ€ren. Es hat nie jemand angerufen und wir mussten uns am Abend um 20.00 noch ein anderes Hotel suchen. Mit 4 Sternen hat das nichts zu tun!!

Sejour novembre

Le sejour s'est bien passĂ©, chambre avec vue sur etang de Thau. Chauffage dans les chambres non activĂ© lors de l'arrivĂ©e clients pour un sĂ©jour en Novembre. Une mauvaise description des chambres par hĂŽtel.com qui nous a obligĂ© a prendre une chambre de catĂ©gorie superieure pour avoir 2 lits twins. Donc a bien prĂ©ciser dans votre resa pour ne pas avoir la dĂ©convenue de vous retouver avec un lit double, heureusement tranformable mais qui fait perdre du temps au check-in Ă  la rĂ©ceptionniste et aux clients. De plus il est mentionnĂ© qu'il y a un sauna et hammam sans ĂȘtre prĂ©cisĂ© qu'ils sont payants sur le site hĂŽtel.com (9euros par personne). Certes mauvaises description sur plusieurs points sur le site hotels.com mais aucun geste de la part de l'hĂŽtelier pour la dĂ©convenue. Aux clients de faire rĂ©clamation auprĂšs du prestataire c'est un peu limite.

A 10 minutes de la plage Ă  pied, sinon, arrĂȘt de bus Ă  10 mĂštres dans lequel on peut payer directement avec sa carte bancaire sans chercher Ă  acheter un ticket ou quoi que ce soit d'autre. Piscine agrĂ©able avec coin ombragĂ©. Chambre pour 4 assez spacieuse. Il y a une boulangerie Ă  5 mĂštres, la mission des enfants le matin c'Ă©tait d'aller chercher le petit dĂ©j - trĂšs sĂ©curisant.
