Super appartement.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette appartements juste en face de la mer. La decoration et le style est de tres bon gout et l accueille avec l agence a été super top.nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette appartement.

Très bel emplacement avec vue sur mer ideal surtout avec enfants. Arret de bus parfait pour ne pas trop utiliser la voiture. On a passés de tres belle vacances.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet appartement pendant mes vacances et j'ai trouvé son emplacement exceptionnel, juste en face de la mer. De plus, il était bien équipé, ce qui était très pratique. Cependant, il y a quelques points que je tiens à souligner. Tout d'abord, malgré les 40 € de frais de ménage que nous payons, l'hygiène de l'appartement laisse à désirer, ce qui était décevant. De plus, il convient de noter que les serviettes de toilette et les draps étaient payants, ce qui peut influencer la décision des futurs locataires. De plus, la chaleur à l'intérieur était étouffante et malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de climatisation. Le seul moyen de se rafraîchir était un petit ventilateur qui n'était pas suffisant pour refroidir l'ensemble de l'appartement. Cela a rendu mon séjour inconfortable, surtout en plein mois d’août pendant les journées chaudes. Malgré ces désagréments, j'ai apprécié la situation de l'appartement. J'espère que ces problèmes d'hygiène et de chaleur pourront être résolus à l'avenir, et qu'une révision de la politique de tarification pour les serviettes de toilette et les draps pourra être envisagée, afin d'offrir une expérience encore meilleure aux futurs locataires.

Emplacement super par rapport à la mer

Par contre au niveau ménage c'est zéro. Il faut tout renettoyer en arrivant. Nous avons trouvé plein de cheveux parterre, de la vaisselle sale avec seulement 5 grands assiettes ébréchées en plus. Un aspirateur qui chauffe mais qui n'aspire rien , un frigo trop petit avec la peite partie freezer complètement givrée avec encore des glaces, un étendage à linge riquiqui ou l'on ne peut même pas mettre un tee shirt alors les serviettes n'en parlons pas... Bref un ménage médiocre et c'est rageant de savoir que l'on paie obligatoirement 40 € pour ça. Le positif de cette location c'est l'emplacement avec un parking. À part ça notre semaine s'est bien déroulée. Cordialement

Très bien placé, super appart

Très bien placé, tout équipé, appartement lumineux, bien aéré si on ouvre toutes les fenêtres, ce qui rend l'appartement agréable même avec canicule et sans clim, un bon point. Carnon accesible à pied via le bac. Place privé pour la voiture alors que c'est payant pourtant ailleurs Super. Très bon séjour !

Appartement correct ,vue sur la mer ,a 2 pas de la mer ,voisinage très simpathique .la ville est a 20 mn a pied pour Palavas et 10 mn pour Carnon .j ai passer un très bon séjour ,je ne regrette pas .
