Rapport qualité/prix OK mais accueuil TRES limite

SĂ©jour de 4 nuits 17 au 21/07/17 Sur ma rĂ©servation il Ă©tait clairement notĂ© : arrivĂ©e entre 9h et 17h le 17/07, dĂ©part le 21/07 12h. Ă©quipement : TV J1 : ArrivĂ©s Ă  12h, nous avons dĂ» patienter jusqu'Ă  13h pour l'ouverture de la rĂ©ception. A 13h on nous demande de revenir 1h plus tard car la chambre n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘte -> "on savait pas quand vous alliez arriver"... ArrivĂ©s dans la chambre, pas de TV -> il a fallu la rĂ©clamer. J2 le chauffe-eau qui disjoncte, nous avons dĂ» nous doucher Ă  l'eau froide (on Ă©tait avec 2 enfants). J3 : ouf RAS ! J4 : Le pompon Ă©tant le matin du dĂ©part oĂč Ă  9h30 la rĂ©ceptionniste vient frapper Ă  notre appartement en nous expliquant qu'on aurait dĂ» partir la veille et que de ce fait on lui devait une nuit !!! ObligĂ©s de montrer notre rĂ©servation pour lui prouver que c'Ă©tait bien 4 nuits. Elle a ajoutĂ© "Ă  quelle heure vous partez parce que lĂ  il faut que je fasse le mĂ©nage ?". Et a conclu par un "non mais eux c'est la derniĂšre fois !!" (eux = hotel.com). Il a encore fallu rĂ©clamer notre chĂšque de caution au moment de rendre les clĂ©s... L’appartement en lui mĂȘme est vieillissant (odeur, taches...), cpdt les Ă©quipements semblent + rĂ©cents (vaisselle, literie, linge de lit/bain, rideau de douche, le tout en bon Ă©tat). Le rapport qualitĂ© reste plutĂŽt bon pour le lieu et la pĂ©riode. 1 plus pour le garage fermĂ© qui permet de laisser son vĂ©hicule en sĂ©curitĂ© (en suppl). 1 plus pour le wifi. Et 1 bouteille de rosĂ© offerte Ă  l'arrivĂ©e.
