- Free parking spaces are available in the streets near the residence and also in the parking lot of the SPAR store located a few dozen meters away.

Petit appartement très bien aménagé avec tout le confort nécessaire : clim, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver... Juste, il est compliqué de se garer dans Balaruc les bains (peu de places, zone bleu...). Sinon, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Une bonne adresse pour curistes et vacanciers.

L'appartement assez lumineux et bien rénové n'est pas grand, mais il est intelligemment aménagé, meublé et décoré avec goût. L'équipement ménager est neuf et de bonne qualité. Un grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, une plaque de cuisson à quatre feux, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, deux écrans de télévision et surtout un climatiseur fonctionnant efficacement. La situation calme à proximité des commerces au centre de Balaruc-les-Bains est favorable. Le propriétaire habite à une grande distance mais communique rapidement et attentivement. Le ménage est effectué sur place par quelques dames, qui s'occupent également de l'accueil et de la remise des clés. Bref, une bonne adresse aussi bien pour les curistes que pour les vacanciers.
