Recently renovated a few steps from the state road313 that connects Rome, Rieti and Sabina with cars and buses, the house available for holidays, business or work is located in a quiet environment on 2 levels offers independent heating, kitchen with TV and fridge with freezer, dishes and all the necessary furnishings, the bathrooms are both equipped with a shower, towels and complimentary toiletries. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed on request is usable. The bedrooms are bright and well-kept.
Pets are welcome but small in size
