House of Peace and Light

House in the middle of nature in a hamlet, located 2km (possibility to get there on foot) from the village of books and arts. It is bright and quiet. If you like nature, rivers, lakes, forests and a summer atmosphere you will be conquered. Several small restaurants, lots of exhibitions, concerts, local organic markets. Nearby 2 magnificent rivers (2O min of operation), small splash possible. A little corner of paradise... And of course very close to the magnificent city of Carcassonne.

The accommodation:
The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, everyone says "feel good", recharge their batteries. Full of windows and therefore full of light. The spaces are open, except for the 2 bedrooms, a mattress is on the floor in the lower living room and can be moved to the veranda with the stars and the sky, curtains allow you to find a certain privacy and isolate yourself from the rest of the house.

Passenger access:
Obviously we are in the middle of nature, it is preferable to be with one or more vehicles.

Other notes:
From the house there are many beautiful steps along the rivers.
My cat stays at home, she is a warm company.

Tranquil spot for a restful week near Carcassonne. Easy to live in accommodation, we had everything we needed. Welcoming host and house comes with a nice cat.

Maison très agréable, un beau volume. Très lumineuse. Une veranda agréable toutefois chaude

Montolieu; village du livre (aux environs de 16 librairies) est un lieu autour duquel des découvertes sont intéressantes : Abbayes, lac où on peut se baigner, le moulin du papier, le canal du midi et les rigoles( petits canaux qui alimentent le canal du midi ) qui offrent de belles promenades( à pied, en vélo)

Un havre de paix et sérénité. Parfaitement situé pour profiter de la magnifique nature environnante, des événements culturels et des sites « touristiques ». Avec un excellent accueil de notre hôte ! Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Accueil charmant, séjour très agréable

Décorée avec goût et paisible, la maison de Sandrine s'est avérée encore plus accueillante que sur les photos. En cette grosse période de canicule, la partie largement ombragée du jardin a été extrêmement utile. Les indications de Sandrine nous ont également permis de trouver des points de baignade agréables et isolés, ainsi que des idées de visite.
