The first room we had had ladybugs on several walls, although the front desk changed our room maintenance was not available the room phone didn’t work as well as the television. Right upon entry, you’re greeted by the friendly staff. I wasn’t able to make it to my upgrade (early check in, with additional fee), she immediately removed the charge before processing my deposit. The hotel is well maintained and has a fresh, clean scent when entering the room. This is like my 4-5th stay at this place in 6 years and will continue to choose them.
