Recently renovated, our apartment is the perfect choice for couples and families seeking a relaxing seaside holiday, with everything within walking distance and every day beginning at your own pace.

The apartment

Bright, welcoming and thoughtfully designed, the apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The double sleeping area is separated from the living room by a custom-made partition, creating privacy while keeping the space open and filled with natural light. A separate bedroom with bunk beds gives children a cosy space of their own, making the apartment ideal for families as well as couples.

The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare anything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a relaxed dinner after a day by the sea. Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, independent heating, and all the everyday essentials ensure a comfortable stay year-round.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is served by a lift.

With a dining table, comfortable seating and two sun loungers, it's the perfect place to slow down and simply enjoy your holiday.

A location you'll love

The wide sandy beach is only 50 metres away and can be reached in less than a minute on foot by crossing the pine grove that separates the residence from the seafront.

Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, gelato shops, a pharmacy, children's playgrounds and the seaside cycle path connecting Montesilvano with Pescara are all within easy walking distance, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without relying on your car.

The gated, video-monitored condominium parking area (unassigned spaces) means you can park safely and spend the rest of your holiday exploring on foot.

Beach Terrace is a cosy 40 m² apartment. Its spaces are carefully organised to accommodate couples and families comfortably, but it is still a compact holiday home, so please keep its size in mind if you prefer particularly spacious accommodation.

The terrace is one of our favourite features of the apartment and is perfect for breakfast, outdoor meals or relaxing after the beach. However, despite being only 50 metres from the coast, the apartment does not have a sea view.

We prefer to make this clear because we want the photos and description to set the right expectations before you book. What makes Beach Terrace special is being able to step outside, cross the nearby pine grove and reach the sandy beach in less than a minute – then come home and enjoy your own little outdoor space.
