This new stone cottage has a unique panoramic position with a view of Montescudaio and the surrounding hills. With this splendid situation, efforts have been made to maintain the typical Tuscan manner of the building. The cottage is reached first by a tarmac ked road and then, as is very often the case, by an unsurfaced short road. The approximately 75 qm apartment is on the ground floor and has a large living room with an open fireplace. The cooking area is separated from it by an arch. Beautiful ceiling with beams and terra-cotta floor.
There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a comfort double bed and the other one has two single beds. In the bathroom with shower and toilet you can find also a washing machine. SAT - TV and heating. In front of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture and a large well looked garden in which to sunbathe and spend peaceful moments. Ideal for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic views, due its unique position.

Wunderbare Lage des Hauses mit schönem Garten

Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einzige Beanstandung ist das Heisswasser. Bevor das Wasser warm wird gehen zu viele Liter Kaltwasser verloren und das ist Verschwendung. Die Douche sollte auch erneuert werden, Die Temp einzustellen ist fast unmöglich Ansonsten gutes Haus an schöner Lage

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Entspannung pur

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Montescudaio verbracht. Das Haus kann ich für Familien sehr empfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Daniela war sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sogar bei Reifenproblemen sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Wunderschönes Traumhaus im toskanischen Stil

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort in Urlaub und ich muss sagen, dass es uns sehr gut gefallen hat! Nicht nur die einmalige Aussicht, aber auch diese Ruhe, rundherum alles so idyllisch, da kann man sich richtig erholen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, frische Kräuter findet man im Garten. Auch das was in der Umgebung geboten wird ist perfekt. Die schönen Strände in Marina di Cecina, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rundherum, sei es zum bummeln oder wenn man ein einzigartiges Kleidungsstück sucht, da wird man fündig oder auch wenn man gutes Essen möchte. Entweder man holt sich frischen Fisch, Gemüse vom Markt oder man geht zum Essen und da wird man nie enttäuscht. Spitzenmässige Restaurants oder man kocht selbst in der modernen Küche oder man grillt im Garten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. War ein schöner Urlaub mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter! Danke für alles! Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und die zwei Wochen sind leider sehr schnell vergangen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit super Aussicht auf Montescudaio

Wir haben eine Woche ( zwei Erwachsene und ein 1 1/2jähriges Kind) in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Besonders hat uns die Aussicht gefallen und dass das Haus perfekt ausgestattet ist! In der Küche fehlt nichts, es gibt sogar einen super Milchschäumer! Sehr gepflegter Garten mit ausreichenden Sonnenliegen und alles aber wirklich alles so sauber! Kompliment, dass alles so gepflegt ist! Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch wegen der Umgebung, der Zoo in Guardiatallo ist sehr zu empfehlen, der Strand nah und mit schöner Promenade, der Markt am Dienstag in Cecina absolut ein Muss! Es war mein erster Urlaub in einem Haus und weil es so schön war, war eine Woche zu kurz! Aber wie gesagt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 👍😊

We stayed in this house for the second time (first time in 2015) and we were very satisfied again. There is a new dishwasher in the kitchen and the microwave owen. The house is clean, well equipped and close to Montescudaio. We also aprecciated the new driveway to the house. The place is suitable for families with small children. We recommend this house! magnifique endroit

Un lieu magique avec une vue splendide. Des propriétaires accueillants et serviables. Un bémol nous avons eu durant deux jours une panne d'eau chaude. Douches glacées….Les propriétaires ont certes fait appel tout de suite à un technicien mais nous sommes restés bloqués deux jours. Un geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu. Par ailleurs la literie est vieillotte.

Très jolie maison

Maison très agréable avec une magnifique vue. A 15 min de Cecina, pour les commerces et la plage. Montescudaio est idéalement placé pour visiter la Toscane. Seul point faible, les aboiements des chiens gardés à proximité qui font parfois concurrence aux grillons.

Buonriposo - treffender gehts nicht!!!!

Nicht nur der wunderschöne Blick auf Montescudaio überzeugt voll und ganz sondern auch das geschmackvoll eingerichtete und mit allem Komfort versehene Ferienhaus. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet mit einem nagelneuen Gasherd, Spülmaschine und Kühl-Gefrierschrank. Im Wohnraum steht ein schöner Essplatz und gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. ( SAT-TV) Die zwei Schlafräume sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Kinderzimmer stehen zwei vollwertige Betten zur Verfügung. Im Badezimmer Dusche und WC, sowie eine Waschmaschine bereit. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ist umfassend. Für den wunderschönen Garten stehen Liegen, Auflagen und Sitzmöglichkeiten in ausreichender Anzahl bereit. Dies lädt dazu ein nicht nur die Sonne zu genießen, sondern auch den Abend schön ausklingen zu lassen und die Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer zu genießen. Das sehr gepflegte Objekt liegt ruhig und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Das I-Tüpfelchen ist die neu angelegte Zufahrt zum Haus. Montescudaio ist ein typisches toskanisches Dorf, das alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhält und ausreichend Lokale für jeden Geschmack bietet. Neben Radfahren und interessanten Radwanderungen erreicht man in wenigen Kilometern das Meer oder in einem 80 km Radius viele bekannte Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die herzliche und umfassende Betreuung durch casaecolline, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Wer sich hier nicht erholt, der ist selber schuld!!!!!!!!!

Perfekte Woche für zwei

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Würde ich mir ein Ferienhaus bauen, sähe es genau so aus! Das Inserat im Internet untertreibt meiner Ansicht nach sogar ein wenig, was die Sauberkeit und die Detailliebe bei der Einrichtung angeht. Was besonders zu loben ist, ist die Vor-Ort-Betreuung von Frau Schönenberg. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Woche in der Toskana. Strände, Städte, Einkaufen, Restaurants: alles in einer Entfernung, die man mit dem Auto problemlos meistern kann! Das Haus kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Haus in traumhafter Lage

Quiet and pleasant place.

Very nice, quiet and pleasant place, we spent there 9 days. Suitable for families with small kids. Nearest beach is 20 minutes from the house. The house itself is well equipped (we missed just microwave oven) and clean. Bonus feature - garage for the car. Montescudaio is worth to visit, although it is very small. Tip for owners - replace the doorknob and install classic door handle from outside:-) Also the garden shower (with solar heating) would be perfect! Thanks to Daniela for perfect service! Einfach gut! Sehr gut!

Ein wunderbares Haus, sauber, schön hergerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche die allen Ansprüchen unserer Urlaubsverpflegung entsprach, eine schöne Terrasse mit idyllischer Ausicht auf Montescudaio und die umliegenden Hügel lies uns abends entspannen. Bei der Ankunft wartete eine Schale Kirschen und ein Blumenstrauss auf uns! Wir waren rund herum zufrieden und werden sicher mal wieder eine Woche dort buchen wollen. Besten Dank an die Vermieter und die Agentur für die reibungslose Organisation!

Bei unserem zweiwöchigem Aufenthalt fanden wir alles so wie beschrieben vor. Ein super ordentliches, sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes und liebevoll für uns und unseren einjährigen Sohn vorbereitetes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Kulisse, ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und zum Eintauchen in das italienische Leben. Daniela von der Vermietungsagentur und auch die Eigentümer des Hauses sorgen jederzeit dafür, sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Toll auch die Idee mit dem Agenturpass! Wir empfehlen dieses Haus und auch die Agentur wärmstens für einen Besuch der "Toskana Toskana" ;-)

Zu empfehlen!

Wir haben das Haus erst 1 1/2 Tage vor der Anreise gebucht, es hat aber alles einfach und unkomliziert geklappt. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, das Inventar besteht nicht aus zusammengesuchten Haushaltsgegenständen. Auch war das Haus sehr sauber und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Zudem liegt Montescudaio perfekt, um viele schöne Attraktionen zu besuchen.

Ganz wunderbar

Sehr schönes, sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Trotz hoher Temperaturen im Juni war es innen angenehm kühl und die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf Montescudiao ist absolut fantastisch. Das Haus ist für Ausflugsziele wie Volterra und San Giminano sehr gut gelegen und auch Pisa, das wunderschöne Lucca oder Florenz sind schnell erreicht. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nur ein paar Kilometer entfernten Cecina. Für weitere Tipps und Anregungen steht einem auch die Agentur Casa & Colline hilfreich zur Seite. Insgesamt haben wir 10 sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht.

Traumhaft

Das Domizil Buon Riposo ist wirklich sehr schön und individuell ausgestattet, keine Ferienwohnung-Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist traumhaft, alleinstehend, mit Blick auf Montescudaio. Hervorheben möchte ich noch die unaufdringliche aber immer zur Verfügung stehende Betreuung durch die Agentur Case&Colline, die uns zweimal wirklich schnell und unkompliziert geholfen hat. Wir waren zu viert, zwei Erwachsene und zwei 9-jährige Mädchen und ich kann dieses Objekt und die Umgebung inkl.Meer uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

sehr zu empfehlen

super kleines häuschen mit einem 1A blick auf das dorf ganz in der nähe. nix links und rechts, wirklich nur dieser tolle ausblick und absolute ruhe. im haus hat nix gefehlt, gut, der tv hätte grösser sein können, aber das hat man ja zu hause:-) und eine super vermittlung - alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus für einen tollen und Urlaub

Wir waren bereits einmal zu Ostern dort und waren so begeistert von Haus und Garten dass wir bereits unseren Urlaub für dieses Jahr wieder dort gebucht haben. Super Küchenausstattung selbst für 6 Leute ausreichend; sehr gepflegtes Haus und auch der Garten schön angelegt. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen,man ist aber innerhalb weniger Minuten in dem urigen Dorf oder Nachbarsdörfern mit netten Bars u leckeren Restaurants. Auch das Meer erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min. Lebensmitttel und kleine nette Boutiquen findet man in Cecina. Also ist für jeden etwas dabei!!!!!
