Picabon Apartment with AC & Balcony is a lovely, all-comfort, intimate apartment in the heart of the historical village of Monterosso, Cinque Terre. The owner recently restored and refurbished the property to offer a lovely charming rental. Picabon location is just amazing! It lies in the very heart of the village, in quiet position, in one of the oldest part of the Cinque Terre hamlet.
The Apartment
Picabon Apartment with AC & Balcony is a second floor property in a historical building in the past home of one of the most ancient noble families of the village: the Mangiamarchi. The crest of the family is today visible on the Ardesia frame of a cabinet in the sitting room that serves as bookshelf. The apartment door opens on a large open space, a cute sitting area with wicker furniture, a double sofa bed. Behind a deco curtain we find a double bed. From the sleeping area we have access to a spacious bathroom with shower. In front of the apartment door we have access to a large, modern kitchen with dining table. In this room an armchair bed provides sleep for a fifth guests. The balcony of the apartment offers a lovely outdoor space and view on the curious street Via Buranco. On the balcony a closet with washing machine. Air Conditioning in all the apartment and free wifi.

There are two car parking areas in the village. Consider that taxis from the train station can stop approximately only 150 mt. from it. Perfect stay in Monterosso
The apartment was very clean, well appointed and spacious for the two of us. The location was excellent, right in the main area but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Cinque Terre.

Perfectly located comfortable home away from home
The host was very communicative and provided all of the information we needed ahead of check-in.
The “old village” of Monterosso where the suite is located is in the heart of what we pictured the quintessential Italian getaway experience to be. It is located close to everything, but just far enough away so there is no noise, not even from the trains. We loved having our own veranda to sit and have morning coffee outside.
We hope to come back to enjoy this place again!
